Job Description:  

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this key role, you will lead statewide recruitment efforts, developing innovative outreach strategies and building strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and career counselors. Your work will be essential in filling critical vacancies across the department and ensuring we continue to attract top talent. 

As the Lead Recruiter, you'll also play a vital role in analyzing and improving our hiring processes through data-­driven strategies, helping us operate as efficiently and effectively as possible. In addition to recruitment, this position offers the opportunity to support broader human resources functions, including classification and compensation studies, payroll and transaction support, and workforce development initiatives. 

To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in related field and two (2) years experience in professional human resources administration work in either the public or private sector.  Directly related experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
