Are you a natural leader with a passion for guiding others and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Mental Health Casework Supervisor, a role where you can combine your expertise in mental health services with your leadership skills to shape programs, mentor staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for those we serve.

In this role, you will lead a team of caseworkers and support staff, overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of vital services. You’ll be the one ensuring cases are assigned appropriately, critical situations are resolved with care and urgency, and services consistently meet our high-quality standards. Your leadership will directly influence how we support individuals and families, from initial intake through long-term success.

Every day brings variety, from reviewing case records, identifying ways to strengthen our processes, and providing coaching and training to help staff grow in their roles. You’ll also collaborate with community partners, coordinate after-care and treatment plans, and participate in outreach efforts that promote our programs. From analyzing client progress and program effectiveness to ensuring protective measures are in place, you’ll be a key decision-maker in shaping services that truly make a difference.

This is more than a management position - it’s a chance to inspire, mentor, and lead by example while working alongside a committed team. To thrive here, you’ll need strong knowledge of mental health principles, social services, and family systems; a talent for problem-solving; and the ability to respond effectively in challenging situations. Communication and relationship-building skills are a must, as you’ll be working with clients, staff, and partner agencies to ensure every individual we serve receives compassionate and effective care.  This is a role where your leadership will have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of others—and where your work will truly matter every single day. Strong writing skills are also necessary as part of the job duties, which entail editing and overseeing reports provided to courts on client progress and recommendations.  Testimony in court hearings is also required.
